EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT & SUPPORT
a) School Exercise Book Donations(17/9/16) (SEBD)
VAMDET donated 4000 school exercise books to 4 primary school
- clothes to 4 pupils
-textbooks to each of those 4 primaries
- Electric chess kit to primary

b) School Uniform &Stuff Donations ( 27/12/17)
-We donated 20 school uniforms to Muchekayaora Primary school
- ECD text books
- ECD toys
- ECD, Toys and Learning Stuff

0n 28 December 2018 vamdet donated ECD books, Toys and Learning Stuff to Kubiku Primary d)l Textbook and Stuff Donations (27/12/19) On 27 December we donated textbooks and ECD learning stuff to 2 primary schools. Each from ward 15 and 16.

We donated to Soro Primary School and Mutambwi Primary School
e) School Textbook Donation(28/12/19) We donated 15 A level textbooks to 3 secondary schools: Munyikwa, Mutambwi and Mutombwa Secondary Schools.
f) Primary Textbook Donation On 26 May 2021 vamdet sourced 2100 textbooks for 7 primary school.
The schools came to Harare to collect each 300 textbooks.
-As VAMDET we provided refreshments and transportation for the staff who came to receive donations

COMMUNITY INTERACTIONS -1st Consultative Meeting ( 29/12/17)
We had a consultative meeting with community leaders.It was attended by at least 220 community leaders all fed w food and participated positively for the betterment of our community
-Purpose of the Consultative Meeting was to introduce vamdet to community and hear community problems and get possible solutions
- We had entertained the community with football match, ward 15 against ward16.Both got rewards in monetary form
- we donated second hand clothes and shoes
-2nd Consultative Meeting(28/12/19) VAMDET held its 2nd consultative meeting at Kurai Primary School.We had a gathering of about 300 community leaders.The main reason of these gatherings is to here problems, challenges in the community and their possible solutions. The main problem in 2019 our community was hit by cattle outbreak which claimed almost 8000beasts.
We invited vetenery service department which the Paralegal Vet Officers educated the community

VULNERABLE COMMUNITY AID ASSISTANCE(VCAA)
a) Muchekayaora Primary Accident Victim Fund( 06.11.18) One of our school involved in car accident going for sports. 27 pupils got injured all admitted after a day 4 got admitted for two weeks
b) Kubiku Donation On 28 December 2018 we donated clothes ,ECD books, Toys and shoes to school and community
c) Clothes Donations (28/12/19
-During the vamdet 2nd consultative meeting day Vamdet donated brand new and second hand clothes to 300 people who had attended the meeting.
- We again provided refreshments to all who had attended the meeting.
d)VAMDET Vulnerable School Pupils Fees Program We launched this program on our first school term,we have started the program with 2 Mutombwa Primary Pupils who we paid school fees.
The program had been set as an on going program .We are starting the program with primaries till we get enough funds .
e) Masks and Sanitizers Program Due to the spread of COVID19,as a community development trust we have found it necessary to help the spread of COVID19 especially from our school children.
We have launched the program targeting our 6 Secondary Schools, the program was for Exam sitting pupils
-Munyikwa , , Mutambwi, , Matombo, , Muchekayaora, , Mutombwa and Makura Secondary
f) Infrared Thermometer Guns

06 August 2021 As VAMDET we bought 4 infrared thermometer guns for Munyikwa rural clinic and Chepiri Clinic in line to WHO (GoZ) COVID19 rules and regulations on supplying protective equipment to general public
